Abstract: Despite recent progress in classifying the L-space surgeries of knots in 3-manifolds, less is known about the region of L-space surgery slopes for links. I will describe recent work that computes the region of L-space surgeries for any torus-link satellite of any L-space knot, with an answer that precisely extends Hedden's and Hom's analogous result for cables. More generally, I will characterize the region of L-space surgeries for iterated positive-torus-link satellites, and for satellites by algebraic links, concluding with implications for conjectures of Boyer-Gordon-Watson and Juhasz.
