Title: On transverse invariants in Khovanov homology and its deformations

Abstract: 
In this seminar I will present some results concerning invariants for 
transverse links arising from the deformations of Khovanov homology.

The seminar will start with a brief introduction to the theory of transverse
links in S^3 (with the symmetric contact structure), and a fast review of
Khovanov homology and its deformations. Afterward, I will discuss the known
results (due to Plamenevskaya and Ng, Lipshitz and Sarkar) concerning
invariants in Khovanov homology and Lee deformation of Khovanov
homology. Then, I will describe how to define transverse link invariants from
other deformations.  Finally, I will discuss how it is possible to define some
auxiliary numerical invariants, and (time permitting) some of their
properties.
