13/14th Emléktábla Workshop




Announcement:

The János Bolyai Mathematical Society, the Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematics, and the MTA-ELTE Momentum Matroid Optimization Research Group are organizing the thirteenth and fourteenth joint events of the Emléktábla Workshop Series from August 13 till August 18. The aim of the series is to gather young mathematicians to work on problems posed by experienced senior researchers or by the participants themselves. The topic of the thirteenth workshop is Extremal Combinatorics, while the topic of the fourteenth workshop is Matroid Theory.

Location:

The workshop will be held at the the Althann Guest House in Vác, about 50 kilometers from Budapest

Costs:

The registration fee for participants is:
Early bird 120.000
Normal fee: 160.000- 240.000 HUF (depending on room type),

The registration fee is 70.000 HUF for accompanying persons, 30.000 HUF for kids between the ages 3-14, and free of charge for kids between the ages 0-3 for the whole stay.
